Hey world!

So I said I was workin on a large project... Its gonna be a game I'm making with a very talented programmer. Weve been working in our spare time for about two months now. It's a side scrolling adventure fighter game with very customizable features on your hero- including your equipment and abilities.

Here is a small palette of some of the armors you might be able to use. I threw an enemy in there as well :D Tell me what you think!

ANY IDEAS? Were still fleshing things out so maybe you could give us some input!

these are actually the idle pose (frozen of course) pulled straight from the game. we have these characters fully manuverable as of now.

make it up to 4 player online multiplayer...
have your programmer figure out how if he doesn't already know...
instantly famous if you manage to pull it off...
although you might get a few "castle crasher rip off" comments...

Something like goblins or bandits would be a nice addition. As far as the gameplay goes, try to get something with ranged attacks, although making it balanced with normal melee attacks can be tough.

It could be cool put something like an alien armor like alloy or something robotic.

im thinking about making a flash template where people can draw and send in their own armor designs. then we can put them right in the game! :P (if theyre not garbage) Though Im probably going to have every type amor imaginable by the time the game is in its final stages.

Looks really good man, it's gonna be a pain in the ass frame by framing all the different armor though...unless of course you're animating economically, but still, judging by that i can't wait to play it, looks like it could be another castle crashers!

were working on that right now actually. were really trying to get the hair to move when you run around and attack,, then theres the issue of helmets on top of those. that will deffinitely be in the final product tho.

nice kind of armors__but i think that you should make other kind of armors----(look to World of Warcraft---the armors and weapons are fantastic becouse they have a lot of colours and strange things_) and you should make characters like wizards or archers, they are very interesting__
i'll try to draw and think about something of interesting that can help you ;)
